Do you make all the cookies yourself?
Yes! Every cookie from Oma Goodness is baked and decorated by hand with care, using time-tested recipes and modern designs.
What kinds of cookies do you offer?
We currently offer custom-decorated sugar cookies and gingerbread cookies. Each order is made fresh and can be tailored to your theme, colours, or event.
How do I place an order?
You can submit an order request by email. Once we confirm the details and send a quote, full payment is required by e-transfer before your pick-up date.
How far in advance should I order?
Please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Custom cookies take time to plan, bake, and decorate, and our schedule fills up quickly — especially around holidays.
Where do I pick up my order? Do you deliver?
Orders can be picked up in Coquitlam, BC. Delivery is also available for an additional fee based on distance — just ask when you order, and we’ll provide an estimate.
Do you ship cookies?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh and handled with care, so we focus on local pick-up and delivery only.
Do you offer allergy-friendly cookies?
Not at this time. Our cookies contain eggs and almond extract. The almond extract can be omitted upon request. However, all cookies are made in a kitchen that is not nut-free, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contamination.
How much do your cookies cost?
Each order is custom-quoted. Prices vary based on design complexity, size, packaging, and quantity. Because every set is unique, it’s difficult to provide exact prices without seeing your design ideas — but we’re happy to give a quote once you share your vision!
Do the cookies come individually packaged?
We want your cookies to look as beautiful as they taste. Individual or set packaging and custom labels are available for additional cost. These options are perfect for gifts, party favours, or special events.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans change! Refunds, cancellations, or design changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer cookie decorating kits?
Yes! We offer fun, ready-to-use cookie decorating kits that include baked cookies, icing, and sprinkles — perfect for gifts, parties, or a cozy afternoon activity. We also offer individually packaged “paintable” cookies, which have a raised design and come with a mini paintbrush and a palette of edible paint, that works just like watercolors.
Do you teach cookie decorating classes?
Not at this time, but we’re exploring this for the future. If you’d like to be notified when classes become available, follow us on social media!
How should I store my cookies?
Keep cookies sealed in an airtight container at room temperature — they’ll stay fresh for up to a week. For longer storage, you can freeze them (in a sealed bag or container) for up to three months.
